Whether you are seeking ways to improve your wellbeing, fertility health or manage your stress; I am here to listen to your story and introduce you to mind-body therapies with coaching, that can support you in releasing physical and emotional blockages, nourishing and listening to your body in a way that serves you.
I have suffered from severe times of stress and ongoing struggle, often without realising how consumed I was by negative thought patterns, lack of control, and self-doubt. This way of being leads to illness, fatigue and depression; impacting relationships around you and creating unnecessary challenges. Life is not a straight road, it twists and turns, and how we approach these experiences and learn to separate ourselves and find space is key to conscious living and change.

Whether you need support with setting new health goals, time management or self-care, Wellbeing Coaching can help you get there.
Fertility Health
Fertility Health Coaching offers a fresh approach to preconception care with focus given to fertility health and nutrition that can reduce inflammation, reproductive ageing and hormonal imbalances, with the support of various techniques including Fertility Awareness Methods (FAM), Mindfulness-based Stress Reduction (MBSR), Fertility Yoga, and enquiry into both physical and emotional blockages, as well as visualisation and relaxation techniques.
Stress Management
Stress Management Coaching is for anyone struggling with day-to-day stressors and feeling overwhelmed. Although the stress response can be healthy, when stress turns into something long term or chronic, it can wreak havoc on your health and wellbeing. Easy tasks such as making simple decisions are difficult, we feel fatigued, forgetful, frustrated, and eventually, you will reach burnout.
